I had already cancelled option 3 after posting since I found bad reviews on this site. But I'm still seeing a lot of recommendations for Dr. Gur, and he seems to be careful not pushing a hard sell on me like the others. Dr Asmed looks great but people are saying he is no longer involved much with the operations and that Asmed is now running a hair mill... does that sound right to you?
I looked also at Bicer and Doganay but they were too expensive and didn't seem THAT special.

Asmed is not a boutique clinic for sure; however, it is not working like what they call a hair mill in international forums.
I had my operation in Asmed about two months ago. The doctors are actively involved in the procedures on a level, depending on the option you pick. In any case, the incisions are done by either Dr Koray or Dr Dilek. The technicians are pretty experienced and well-qualified. Also, the top-quality service offered and accommodation facilities were a huge plus for me. I'd put Asmed on the top of the list, except for the boutique clinics like Dr Bekir Bek in Ankara.
