- Progress so far:
  - Living life normally.
  - Wearing a hat.
  - Playing sports.
  - Going to the gym.

- Current treatments:
  - Using Minoxidil.
  - Taking Finasteride tablets.
  - One dose of Finasteride daily.
  - One application of Minoxidil daily.

It looks quite good for 3 months. If new hair growth continues at this pace, you are highly likely to achieve excellent results.
The minoxidil and finasteride you are using are sufficient at this stage.
Additionally, adding scalp massage support might also be beneficial.

i am trying my best to keep the scalp hyderated as its too cold here and skin gets dry very quickly.

I am still using the shampoo provided by the clinic.

I want to start by apologizing for the delay in updating you all on my hair transplant journey. It's been 5 months since the procedure, and I'm excited to share my progress with you.

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

Here's what's been happening:

• Density of hairs has reduced: Unfortunately, the density of hairs in the transplant area has decreased, and I've been experiencing some shedding.

• Hairs are falling/shedding: The transplant area has been losing hairs, with the left side of the front being the most affected, followed by the right side.

• Weather woes: The cold weather has made it difficult for me to wash my hair daily, leading to flakes and dryness.

• Medication update: I've been consistently using Minoxidil and Finasteride tablets till date to support hair growth.
